ENGINE DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY
Bearing mount assembly
• Assemble guide sleeves (4).
• Lubricate mount (3) at camshaft sliding surfaces, then assemble it.
Consumables
Molykote D Paste
Clear solid lubricant for metal part assembling
and settling
• Fit long (1) and short (2) screws, tightening them by hand.
Bearing mount securing
• Tighten screws according to the indicated sequence.

Camshaft mount on cylinder head
M8 x 30
Grease thread
Pre-tightening torque,
10 Nm / 1 Kgm / 7,38 ft/lb
Final tightening torque,
20 Nm / 2 Kgm / 14,75 ft/lb
M8 x 40
Grease thread
Pre-tightening torque,
10 Nm / 1 Kgm / 7,38 ft/lb
