— Version of the HP Support Software Diskette (SSD) used
— List of drivers from the SSD
— Versions of the OS/2 Management Insight Agents,
CPQB32.SYS
, and OS/2
Health Driver used

The drive subsystem and file system information:
— Number and size of partitions and logical drives
— File system on each logical drive
•
Warp Server version used and:
— Whether Entry, Advanced, Advanced with SMP, or e-Business
— All services running at the time the problem occurred
