Toxic gas
Sample gas containing toxic gas is exhausted from the exhaust connector. Connect an
exhaust tube to this connector and properly release the gas to a safe place other than the
measuring site.

1 Reference gas inlet
The port size is Rc 1/8. Use, for example, a double bite joint to
connect a metal pipe with an inner diameter of at least 3 mm.
The supply pressure is 40 kPa to 100 kPa.
If there is no way to check the supply pressure, connect a
pressure gage to the gas line.
2 Sample gas / span gas inlet
The port size is Rc 1/8. Use, for example, a double bite fitting to
connect a metal tube with an inner diameter of at least 3 mm.
The supply pressure is 40 kPa to 100 kPa.
3 Exhaust gas connector
The port size is Rc 1/4. Connect a metal tube with an inner
diameter of at least 8 mm. Make sure the back pressure is within
±500 Pa.
