Note
If a set time elapses without a screen operation being performed, the liquid crystal display
(hereinafter referred to as the LCD) back light is automatically turned off for protection. However,
this is not the case when an alarm is occurring.
Pressing the screen when it is off turns it back on again.
The time until the screen turns off can be set in "4.5.2 LCD settings" (page 50).

Note
The screen operation area employs a touch panel. Perform
operations by directly touching it with a finger. Do not touch it with
anything that has a hard or pointed tip such as a ballpoint pen or
press it hard with a finger as doing so may cause a failure.
