7.1.1
Personnel
Maintenance works must be carried out correctly.
– The maintenance works described in this document should solely be
carried out by specialized electricians (see "Operation" chapter).
WARNING!
Risk of injury if maintenance works are carried out in-
correctly.
Incorrect maintenance may lead to serious personal injury
or material damage.
Therefore:
– Ensure that there is sufficient assembly space before
commencing works.
– Ensure that the installation location is clean and tidy.
Components that are loosely stacked or lying around
can cause accidents.
– If parts have been removed, ensure that they have been
installed correctly, re-mount all fastenings, and adhere
to tightening torque values for screws.
7.1.2
Personal protective equipment
– During maintenance works on the device, the necessary personal pro-
tective equipment for the work must be worn inside the respective
plant.
– The notices relating to personal protective equipment mounted in the
working area must be followed at all times.
7.1.3
Environmental protection
Please observe the following notice regarding environmental protection
when performing maintenance works:
The batteries used contain toxic heavy metals. These must
be treated as special hazardous waste and must be disposed
of in municipal waste collection points or by a waste special-
ist.
