4.2.4 EtherCAT slave setting
(1) Process data setting
In this example, a process data object (PDO) is selected.
• Repeat this action for each EtherCAT slave according to your needs.
• Select an appropriate PDO for your needs. PDOs are defined on a per EtherCAT slave
basis. For details about the PDOs, refer to the user’s manual of the EtherCAT slave you
use.
1. Double-click
ADVA_EC (HITACHI AC SERVO DRIVES ADV Series)
in the
Devices
window to display a window for EtherCAT slave configuration.
2. Click
Process Data
, clear the checkboxes selected under
Select the Outputs
and
Select the Inputs
, and select the checkboxes for the PDO you want to use.
