Setting the Start Voltage (DCW Only)

4.4  Setting the Start Voltage (DCW Only)

The voltage (start voltage) after 0.1 second from the start of a test is set as a percentage of the test 
voltage.

When the test starts, the test voltage rises linearly to the set start voltage within 0.1 second. Then 

the output voltage rises linearly to the test voltage within the set voltage rise time (RISE TIME).

When the start voltage is 50%
