Setting the judgment signal output timing
• The output timing for judgment output signals (PASS, U_FAIL, and L_FAIL) can be selected from
two patterns.
• The DCW and IR judgment output timing can be set individually.
• When the contact check function is
[ON]

[MEAS END]
