The LR5000 Utility Program
cannot be installed.
• The computer operating envi-
ronment may be incompatible.
• The installation procedure may
be incorrect.
Check the operating environment re-
quirements, and try installing in (an-
other) compatible computer.

Refer to the installation procedure,
and try again.
Pay particular attention to the follow-
ing:
• Be sure to log in with an Adminis-
trator account.
• Before installing, be sure to close
any applications running on the
computer.
• If the installation screen does not
appear, execute
X:\English\Setup.exe.

• No measured value is dis-
played.
• Displays polarity conflict-
ing with actual current
value (e.g., negative dis-
play when actual current
is 10 mA)
• The connection cable plug is
not inserted all the way in.
• The measurement cable may
be connected incorrectly.
The maximum and minimum val-
ues are not displayed when the
recorded data count is 0.
Verify the correct plug orientation,
and insert it as far as possible.
If the values are not displayed despite
these measures, the connection ca-
ble and logger need to be inspected
and repaired.
