CONNECTING THE ENGINE ECU CONNECTOR

(1)

Check that the harness side connector lever is fully open and place it
straight on the engine ECU side connector.

NOTICE
At this time, check that the lever is fully open.

HINT
Check that it is inserted along the wrong fitting prevention keyway.

(2)

Press the upper part of the harness side connector and insert the
connector uniformly.

(3)

Move the lever in the direction of the arrow as shown in the figure until
a "click" is heard and connect the connector.

NOTICE
If the lever cannot move smoothly, repeat steps (1) and (2). Also drop
a few drops of water to the sliding portion to make it smooth.
