Report Management
Purpose:
You are able to export the attendance report, the attendance report, the abnormal attendance record and
the attendance management schedule.
Steps:
1.
Insert a USB disk to the USB interface.
Note:
The device will detect the USB disk memory before exporting the report. If the memory is not
enough, the device will pop up a prompt to remind you.
2.
Select
Attendance Record/Attendance Report/Abnormal Attendance Record
in the Report interface.

Edit the device No., the start time and the end time in the Export Report interface.
Note:
You should customize the device No. The device No. is for differentiating the reports of
different devices.
