Checking Enclosure Sensors using IPMItool
1. Launch a Terminal by clicking Applications > Accessories > Terminal.
The Terminal will appear.
2. Check the status of the enclosure sensors by issuing the command ipmitool –l lan –H <IP ADDRESS>
–U <USERNAME> –P <PASSWORD> sdr list.
The status of the enclosure sensors will be displayed.

3. Check the status of the enclosure temperature sensors by issuing the command ipmitool –l lan –H <IP
ADDRESS> –U <USERNAME> –P <PASSWORD> sdr type temperature.
