6.4 Status
To assign a status to data files in the auto cut list, right click on the file to open the context menu with a list of
all possible status assignments. Each status appears on the list in the same order as the material moves
through the cutting process.
Underneath the list is the option to edge clean the material. If this option is available on your machine, you
can turn on edge cleaning for each individual bar.
Status
Description
Undefined
The data file has been loaded but the location of the material is unknown.
Storage
The material is at the storage station.
Edge cleaning
The material is being brushed or shot blasted in the edge cleaning unit (option).
Storage2
The material is on the infeed buffer chains.
Loading table
The material has reached the end of the infeed buffer chains and is ready to be
loaded by the sideways loading chains.
Machine
The material has been loaded onto the non-driven roller conveyor and pushed up
against the vertical rollers ready to be gripped and moved to the cutting cell.
Machining
The machine has started marking or cutting the material.
Finished
The last cut has been made and the material has left the cutting cell and the outfeed
process has begun.
Aborted
The job has been aborted either by the operator or because of a problem with the
data file.
