Tools menu items: Plasma service info
The ‘Plasma Service Info’ provides the operator with a handy tool to keep track of plasma consumables
based on the number of ignitions. In the example below the nozzle and the cathode are due for replacement.
Once replaced, the operator can check the boxes and click on ‘Replaced’. The information is then updated in
the window.

Maintenance and Data Monitors
These are diagnostic dialogs for the HGG service engineers. The maintenance
monitor gives access to critical settings and is password protected for safety
reasons.
The data monitor contains the current information about the settings, positions and activities of various
machine and software settings. This can be accessed remotely by our service engineers to help in the event
of a problem with the machine.
