PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES CORRECTIVE ACTION
The main power switch is not
fully on or broken. Check the power switch is
completely on or the wire
connector loose; or change
the new power switch.
The temperature controller of
tank not set at recommended
temperature. Readjust the temperature
controller.
Temperature protector (TI3) set
too low. Re-set by the qualified
personnel.
When the power is on,
the tank doesn’t heat or
the temperature can not
reach to preset value.
Heater at tank bottom or
temperature controller out of
function. Check wiring of heater and
controller for loose. If all
normal, replace heater or
temperature controller.
The fuse base is loose or burned. Replace new fuse and lock up
the fuse base.
The temperature controller of
the heater hose is out of
function. Replace with new
temperature controller.
The temperature sensor
(RTD)out of function. Replace with new sensor.
When the power is on,
the heater hose can not
heat.
The heater (spiral
nickel-chromium wire)of the
heater hose is broken. Replace with new heater
hose.
Fuse holder becomes loose or
fuse burnt.
Replace new fuse and lock up
the fuse base.
Temperature controller of
dispensing nozzle is out of
function.
Change with new temp.
controller.
Temperature sensor RTD is out
of function. Change with new RTD.
When the power is on,
the nozzle assembly
cannot heat or reach to
preset temperature.
The heater of dispensing nozzle
is of trouble.
Replace with new dispensing
nozzle.
Operating pressure of nozzle
assembly is too low.
Check pressure of the air
gauge indicate the required
operating pressure. No adhesive out of
nozzle or output not
constantly
The system temperature not
reach setpoint temperature of
the motor.
Wait till system up to the
operating temperature.
