2. When setting temperature is reached, start the nozzle assembly until the system
air pressure is completely discharged.
3.Place a container under the joint between heating hose and manifold, and remove
the heating hose with adjustable spanner.
4.Press “START” switch to start motor, and adjust the inverter to increase the speed
of motor, extrude all hot melt material in the tank into the container below.
5.Turn off motor after hot melt adhesive being flowed out without any impurities,
and then disassemble filter assembly from manifold by spanner.
6. Follow the below orders to disassemble the filter assembly, unscrew the screw
(6)-> take out the screen (5) -> then the screen holder (4), remove the bung (1),
to slip off the back-up ring (3) and o-ring (2).
7. Check mesh screen to see if any crack or fold on screen, if yes, please replace a
new mesh screen.
8. Check O-Ring and Back-Up Ring to see if any crack on surface. If yes, please
replace it.
9. Check related metal components to see if they are damaged. If yes, please replace
a new one.
10.If this filter assembly is without any damage, soak all components in the solvent
for cleaning. Some parts may need
clean by heat gun or flameless
heater.
Use the soft bristle brush to clean the filter, never use metal brush to
clean mesh screen to avoid the damage. All cleaned components should be
wiped out with clean cloth.
