2.3 FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION OF STANDARD
2.3.1 Driving System
The driving system of HS2510-N is used a connection shaft to connect the motor
driving rod and the pump driving shaft, when the motor starts, the connection shaft
will drive the driving shaft of gear pump in clockwise rotation, as shown in figure
2.4.
And the glue flowing rate is controlled by the speed of the gear pump, on the other
hand indirectly controlled by the speed of the motor which is controlled by a inverter.
There is a rotary knob, with the digital display, on the inverter, turn the knob to
increase (clockwise) or reduce (anticlockwise) the frequency and motor’s speed.
The value can be read in the digital display.
