nozzle assembly is broken, like
timer, foot switch, fiber optic
sensor, solenoid valve.
The main body of nozzle
assembly broken and not able to
move.
The filter of the nozzle
assembly is blocked.
The filter of the manifold is
blocked.
Note: Before disconnect any
connector or filter
assembly of hydraulic
system, the air pressure
must be relieved.
The manifold normally flow
glue, and not flow glue through
the blocked heater hose.
The By-pass valve is fully open
The motor or the reduction gear
is stuck.
The chain comes off the gear.
Clean the nozzle tip.
Set air pressures at working
value. Or change the broken
regulator parts.
Check the wiring for loose
or poor connection, or
replace the broken
components.
Change the nozzle.
Clean the filter of the
nozzle assembly.
Clean the filter of the
manifold.
Change the heater hose or
call HES to clean the
blocked hose. Don’t use
sharp metal tools to clean
the hose.
Adjust the operation
pressure properly.
Change the motor or
reduction gear.
Replace with new chain or
adjust the chain length.
