The gear pump is stuck..
The o-ring of glue pipe is
broken.
The driving shaft of gear pump
comes off the gear cause the idle
running of gear pump.
Dismantle the gear pump to
check for any dirt or other
items, or replace with a new
one.
Replace with new o-ring.
Replace with new driving
Shaft.

Be sure to close the lid
of the tank during the
machine operation, to avoid
contaminants falling into
the tank even damage the
gear pump.
The adhesive flow is
not enough. The speed of the motor is too
slow.
The adhesive in the tank not
completely melted.
The glue reflow of By-pass
valve is too much.
The operating temperature of
the nozzle assembly is too low.
The operation temperature of
the heater hose is too low
The ball valve not fully open
due to the shaft of the nozzle
assembly comes off the ball
valve valve.
The nozzle tip is blocked partly
The filter of the nozzle
assembly is blocked. Adjust the inverter to
increase the speed of the
motor.
Increase the operating
temperature or wait till the
adhesive completely melted
then turn on the gear pump.
Adjust the valve clockwise
to reduce the glue reflow,
anticlockwise to increase,
don’t lock the By-pass
valve.
Increase the operating
temperature of nozzle
assembly.
Increase the operation
temperature of the heater
hose.
Recommend to call the
qualified personnel for
repair.
Clean the nozzle tip.
Clean the filter.
