CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Unexpected start up of the tool spindle can
cause severe injury.
Make sure that the system is pressure-free
and that a restart of the machine can be ex-
cluded!
Risk of injury!
Contamination of the mechanism can influ-
ence/reduce the stroke, thus the clamping for-
ce is reduced and thus, the workpiece is not
properly tightened and can be thrown out.
Clean the product regularly [see chapter
»Maintenance and service«].
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
If the axial actuating force is too low clamped
workpiece may be thrown out.
If the axial actuating force is too high severe
damages of the components of the clamping
device may occur the throwing out of the work-
piece.
Before operation set the operation pressure
back to operation level.
The radial clamping force should be checked
and adjusted regularly!
The dimension of the workpieces should be
checked regularly [clamping-ø]!
Transport!
For transport always use a suitable clamping
means / crane.
Make sure that a rolling / falling of the clam-
ping device is not possible.
