Unbalanced network
For each parameter, the limits can be set in % vs the nominal value and there are two parameters to set: the tripping value that will
make the source be considered unavailable (FAIL) and the value that will make the source be considered available again (RESTORE).
The thresholds and hystereses are defined as percentages of nominal voltage.
The hystereses define return to normal levels following an under-voltage or over-voltage.
