RESTART / RETURN <#>: Pressing restart/return <#> causes the Shaker to
perform one of the following functions:

Return to "READY" mode from the setup mode.

Resume blood collections when in pause mode.

Restart calibration after zero weight measurement.

As a means of jumping ahead to the clock/calendar initialization of the set-

z As a means of bypassing the calibration portion of the setup function to
