Document scope
This manual is a guide for the general repair of the Haemonetics
®
SEBRA
®
Model
1040 Digital Blood Shaker (hereinafter referred to as "the Shaker").
Intended
audience
This manual is intended for use by Level Two repair technicians.
Note: Level Two repair is defined as major component and subassembly ex-
change and replacement. Technicians providing Level Two repair may have re-
ceived individual training at Haemonetics, and only will be performing basic
repair. Level Two technicians should have basic technical skills and a thorough
understanding of Haemonetics products, procedures and safety requirements
needed for changing subassemblies, etc.
This manual is not designed for individual component troubleshooting and
repair, defined as Level Three repair. Level Three repair is only to be performed
by repair technicians who have extensive electronics background, have received
individual instruction and training from Haemonetics, and have the necessary
equipment needed to perform this level of repair.
