Remove the tip from the gland, push the ethernet

cable through the gland.

For a cable with a terminated RJ45 connector, use

the RJ45 cap to protect the gland from damage

and pull though 12cm [4 3/4"] of cable. Remove

the cap.

For Punch down pull though 6cm [2 1/2"].

Pull the cable backwards to flip the seal inside out

to ensure the seal is at its best.
