Opening the Chimney Dampers & 0-10V Air
Inlets Manually
To manually open chimney dampers and 0-10V air inlets, proceed
as follows:
1. Press 0-10v Outputs . The actual opening mode
(Auto/Manual) is displayed.
Make sure the selected 0-10V output is used as a chimney damper or
as an air inlet in the USER SETUP.
2. Press Adjust and then press the up-arrow key to select
the manual control mode "
Manu.
"
3. Press Adjust and then use the arrow keys to select the
desired opening. Do not forget to return to the automatic
control mode when you are done with the manual mode.
Setting Chimney Damper & Inlet Parameters
Adjusting Reference Points
The controller adjusts the opening of the air inlet and chimney
dampers according to the operation of the ventilation stages. The
following procedure shows how to assign an actuator position with
each ventilation stage (refer to the "Air Inlet & Chimney Dampers'
Operation" diagram at the beginning of this chapter).
To adjust reference points, proceed as follows:
1. Select the desired air inlet: Air Inlet 1, Air Inlet 2 or 0-10v
Output (0-10V air inlet or chimney damper). The actuator's
position is displayed.
2. Press the down-arrow key once. The opening of step 0 is
displayed.
3. Press
Adjust
. The opening of step 0 flashes on the
display.
4. Use the arrow keys to set it to the desired value.
5. Press
Adjust once again to validate.
6. Press the down-arrow key. The opening of step 1 and step
1 Hi are displayed.
