Refer to the following figures and descriptions to
become familiar with the basic controls and com-
ponents of this machine. Understanding these
items and how they work will help you understand
the rest of the manual and minimize your risk of
injury when operating this machine.
Control Panel
F. Glue Spindle ON Button: Turns glue spindle
motor
ON (see Page 6).
G. Glue Spindle OFF Button: Turns glue spin-
dle motor
OFF (see Page 6).
H. Panel Feeder ON Button: Turns panel feed-
er conveyor motor
ON (see Page 9).
I. Panel Feeder OFF Button: Turns panel
feeder conveyor motor
OFF (see Page 9).
J. Flush Trimmer ON Button: Turns flush trim-
mer motor
ON (see Page 8).
K. Flush Trimmer OFF Button: Turns flush
trimmer motor
OFF (see Page 8).
L. Emergency Stop/Reset Button: Stops all
machine functions except for glue pot heat
cycle. Twist clockwise to reset.
M. Glue Pot ON/OFF Switch: Turns glue pot
heater
ON and OFF (see Page 6).
N. Coil Support Assembly: Supports edge-
banding coil during operation.
O. Adjustable Guide Rollers (4): Holds edge-
banding coil in place during operation. Adjust
as needed according to size of coil.

A. Thermoregulator Display: Displays actual
and set temperatures of glue pot.
B. Temperature SET Key: Saves temperature
setting after user input from Temperature UP/
DOWN key(s).
C. Thermoregulator Function Key: Only used
for initial factory programming of thermoregu-
lator. Not intended for end-user adjustment.
Qualified service personnel only!
D. Temperature DOWN Key: Incrementally
lowers temperature of glue pot when pressed.
E. Temperature UP Key: Incrementally raises
temperature of glue pot when pressed.
