Assembly
Assembling the Model G0854 requires reposition-
ing the control panel, installing the coil support
assembly, installing the panel feeder elevation
handwheel, and aligning the table extension with
the table.
To assemble machine:
1. Remove (4) pre-installed M8-1.25 x 20 cap
screws, (4) 8mm lock washers, and (4) 8mm
flat washers that secure control panel in ship-
ping position (see
Figure 17).
The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to
Needed for Setup and gather
all listed items. To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any parts that are cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).

2. Mount control panel upright with fasteners
removed during
Step 1 (see Figure 18).
3. Remove pre-installed M5-.8 x 55 cap screw
and M5-.8 lock nut from panel feeder eleva-
tion handwheel (see
Figure 19).
