5.1.4.2 Selecting a Menu Preset for Cooking

A. Direct Entry Method

- Desired Menu # is

If actual oil temperature is lower than the temperature setting of the Menu Item selected and the

Selector Switch

is in the [COOK] position,

cooking oil will begin heating. If the Menu Preset temperature happens to be lower than

actual oil temperature, Controller will immediately enter

READY

state and cooking may begin.

After selecting a Preset, place Selector Switch in the [COOK] position.

Selected Menu Item information is displayed on the Upper OLED Display.

NOTE:

Basket Lift is inoperable while the Fryer is in the PREHEAT phase. Lift will be re-enabled when setpoint is

reached and Fryer enters READY state.
