Covers the Fry Pot while product is cooking. When used as intended,

prevents hot cooking oil from splashing or splattering from pot.

Basket Carrier

Attaches the Fry Basket to Basket Lift shaft; holds it in the proper

position for lowering, cooking and raising.

Contains product during cooking.

Basket Lift Assembly

Automatically lowers Basket into oil for cooking and lifts it from the Fry
