Ventless Hood Clearances (VH Model)
GEF Ventless Hood Fryers are equipped with an exhaust air diverter that directs exhaust air horizontally (side and
rear). The minimum clearance from the top of the diverter to the ceiling is 0” [0 mm], however it is recommended
that adequate space be provided to allow easy movement of the unit if required. The area around the sides and
rear of the diverter must remain free of obstruction to allow proper air flow.
