User Account Settings
You may change the username and/or password for the account used to access the Site Server.
Notes: 1) Usernames must be less than 32 characters long, and may contain lower-case letters
and numeric characters, hyphen (-), or underscore (_). A Username may not start
with a hyphen or number, and may end with a dollar sign ($).
2) Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and must contain upper-case,
lower-case, and numeric characters.
If Secure SHell (SSH) access is enabled, login via an SSH connection, or via the console
(i.e. with a keyboard and monitor) is permitted, otherwise login is only allowed via the web
interface.
To change the username, proceed as follows:

Enter the new username in the Username field.

Click the
Update
button.

A confirmation message will be displayed after the username has been changed, and you will
then be prompted to log in with the new username.
To change the password, proceed as follows:

Enter the existing password in the Current Password field.

Enter the new password in the New Password field.

Enter the new password again in the Re-enter New Password field.

Click the
Update
button.

A confirmation message will be displayed after the password has been changed, and you will
then be prompted to log in using the new password.
To enable SSH access, proceed as follows:

Check the
Allow SSH Access
box.

Click the
Update
button.

A confirmation message will be displayed after the setting has been changed, and the Site
Server will allow login via SSH or the main console (with a keyboard and monitor).
To disable SSH access, proceed as follows:

Un-check the Allow SSH Access box.

Click the
Update
button.

A confirmation message will be displayed after the setting has been changed, and the Site
Server will no longer allow login via SSH or the main console (i.e. with a keyboard and
monitor).
