Perform a “Print System Health Report” command at the dispenser to retrieve the existing site’s IP
addresses. You must have a service diagnostic card to be able to print a system health report. This
can be done by pressing
CLEAR
on the customer keypad and then inserting a diagnostic card into
the card reader within 30 seconds.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This section provides the procedure to configure the Gilbarco Site Server IP addresses for the
Applause Media System, when the site server IP addresses are changed.
To configure the Gilbarco Site Server IP addresses for the Applause Media System, proceed as
follows:
Note: Before beginning the configuration, you need to gain access to programming on the
Gilbarco Site Server.

Connect a laptop into port 2 on the site server with a crossover CAT-5 cable, or through a
router/LRE with a standard CAT-5 cable (see
).
Note: You will have to set your laptop to a static IP address on the same scheme as the site
server. If required, refer to
“Configuring Static IP Address on Your Laptop”
for instructions.
