Removing the internal assembly
Notice
Sensitive valve parts
Damage to valve parts.
► Protect the valve parts against impact stress.
► Avoid using too much radial tension!
Tools required:
•
Allen key, assembling device D/DV (or alternatively vice with protective jaws)
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Clamp mounting tool (M) in vice (W) and insert double disk (16) with aligned
surface flat (16.1) into the assembling device:
Alternatively, clamp the double-disk (16) on the spanner flats (16.1) in the vice
with protective jaws (W).

2.
Loosen the threaded pin (23) from the bush (14) with the hex socket screw
and create a bit of distance from the stem (13) by unscrewing.
3.
With a socket wrench or an open-ended wrench, loosen the bush (14) on the
spanner flats (14.1) in an anti-clockwise direction and unscrew completely.
4.
Remove the stem diaphragm (1) from the stem (13).
5.
Loosen the stem (13) with the open-ended wrench on the spanner flats (13.1)
by turning anti-clockwise and remove.
