To change the pressure units, if required, press

INPUT

and select the

required units using the cursor keys.

•

Close the vent valve and, using the hand-pump or external pressure
supply, apply pressure to the relief valve under test.

•

When the relief valve operates, the maximum recorded pressure indicates
the operating point of the valve.

•

Record the test results.

Note:

The

STORE

key can be used for this purpose. Use right cursor key

initially, followed by up/down keys to enter Snapshot text.

•

Open vent valve to release test pressure.

Note:

If using external pressure supply, isolate supply before opening the
vent valve.
