APPLE-CARROT-CELERY-JUICE
You may alter the amounts of either the carrots or
apple to make the juice sweeter or savoury to suit
your taste buds:
Makes 2 cups:

4 small Granny Smith apples

3 medium sized carrots, trimmed

4 sticks celery
Process apples, carrots and celery through juicer.
Mix well and serve immediately.
TOMATO-CARROT-CELERY-LIME-JUICE
Makes 3 cups:

2 celery stalks, trimmed

1 lime, peeled
Process tomatoes, carrot, celery and lime through

4 oranges, peeled
Process carrots, beetroot and oranges through
