In aircraft equipped with 3 displays, if the barometric altimeter settings differ between PFDs by more than
0.02 in Hg, the readouts turn yellow. Once the settings are synchronized (BARO turned on), they remain
synchronized until the setting is turned off.
Synchronizing the altimeter barometric pressure settings (3 Display System Only):
1)
Use the
FMS
Knob to select the AUX - System Setup Page.
2)
Press the
FMS
Knob to activate the cursor.
3)
Turn the large
FMS
Knob to highlight ‘BARO’ in the Synchronization box.
4)
Turn the small
FMS
Knob clockwise to ON or counterclockwise to OFF.
5)
Press the
FMS
Knob to remove the cursor.
