Using the Garmin Helm Application with the
AQUAMAP
Before you can control the AQUAMAP with the Garmin Helm application, you
must download and install the application, and connect the AQUAMAP to a
Wi-Fi router.

Connecting a quatix
®
Watch to the AQUAMAP
You can connect a compatible quatix watch, such as the quatix 3 watch, to
a compatible AQUAMAP to view data from the AQUAMAP on your quatix
watch.

Bring the quatix watch within range (3 m) of the AQUAMAP.

From the quatix watch clock screen, select

NOTE:
If you have already connected to the AQUAMAP, and would like
to connect to a different AQUAMAP, open the Boat Data screen, hold
UP

Pair new
.

Enable Connections

New
Connection
.
The AQUAMAP begins searching for and connecting to the wearable
device.
After the devices are paired, they connect automatically when they are turned
on and within range.
Connecting a Garmin Nautix™ Device to the
AQUAMAP
Pairing is the initial connection of two compatible wireless devices. For
example, the first time you connect a Garmin Nautix device to a compatible
AQUAMAP you are pairing the devices. For a list of compatible devices, go to

NOTE:
You can pair a Garmin Nautix device to multiple compatible devices
for better coverage on larger vessels.

Bring the a Garmin Nautix device within range (3 m) of the AQUAMAP.
The device automatically looks for all compatible devices within range.

Device Connections

Pair New Device
