Local phonebook setting is used to config the user interface of MG6000, the user port of MG6000 may be
FXS or FXO. MG6000 not only can connect the traditional phone, but also can connect the PBX by FXS/FXO.
Currently, we just introduce the MG6000 that all type of ports are FXS.
