SIZE1 - SIZE3 menus
The following menu items change according the measurement mode.
• [Specific Area] measurement mode: Since the [SIZE2] and [SIZE3] menus are en-
abled, the fish length graph can be set individually. For example, the [SIZE2] fish
length graph is set in the [SIZE2] menu.
• Measurement mode other than [Specific Area]: The menu settings for the [SIZE1]
menu are reflected to the fish graph.

) from the InstantAccess bar™, then click
the [Advanced Settings] icon (
) to show the [Advanced Settings] window.
2. Click [SIZE1], [SIZE2] or [SIZE3].
[Auto Specific Area]

[Auto Measurement Range Time Direction]: Available
when [Auto Specific Area] is set to other than [Off]. Set
the area to use in automatic area adjustment.
• [Entire Area]: Automatic adjustment on all areas.
• [1/2]: Automatic adjustment is done from the right
edge of the screen to 1/2 the screen width.
• [1/3]: Automatic adjustment is done from the right
edge of the screen to 1/3 the screen width.
[Updating Cycle]
Sets the updating interval for the fish graph.
[Measurement Range]
Sets the depth range for fish size measurement for all
modes except bottom trace.
[Std]: Measurement from the transducer to the seabed.
[Entire Range]: Include fish echoes beyond the seabed.
This option is useful in situations where the seabed is not
detected correctly, as it can detect fish which are below
the incorrectly detected seabed.
[Measurement Threshold]
Sets the minimum fish size (setting range: 5 - 20 cm) at
which to begin fish size detection.
