Delta T Protection (EDR+ Boilers Only)
This modifier is mandatory and cannot be turned off or configured at the Fulton
Control. As the delta T limit is approached, a factory-designated PID is used to
slow the firing rate in an attempt to not pass the delta T limit. It’s designed to
keep the boiler within the factory-specified operating requirements. Please see
the
Installation and Operation
manual for these operating requirements.

MODE 1
When above 30% firing rate, the delta T limit is factory set to 40

MODE 2
When below 30% firing rate, the delta T limit is linearly changed based on
firing rate from 30% to low fire to stay within compliance of minimum flow rate
requirements.
