Universal Data Configuration
Used to configure which boilers have access to information on the Lead/Lag
network, either Hardwire, BMS, or shared.
Determines where certain information is coming from.
Can be different for each boiler and must be set up individually.
Local Network Provider
is selected for a hardwired connection including
4-20mA / 0-10VDC, RTDs, Start/Stop contact.
BMS Network Provider
is selected when the boiler is receiving a command over
Modbus / BACnet / Lonworks.
Boiler Network Receiver
is selected when the boiler should be looking for this
information from another unit (requires L/L setup).
Stand Alone: Activated
is selected when a single boiler is required to modulate
off of a separate system sensor. Such as in a Primary Secondary piping
arrangement in which there is no flow through an idle boiler while not running
to see an accurate Call for Heat.
System/Header Sensor
would be checked on this screen and installed in the
Primary loop and allow the boiler to receive a call for heat as the main loop
temperature changes.
