3 Display/Operation/Print
01 Labels Visually check the Rating Label and
Caution Label of this equipment. Should be neither peeled nor
stained nor unclear.
02 Operation, Switch Check by manipulating the operating
switch and keys. Should operate correctly.
03 LCD Check that the home display is
displayed on the LCD. Characters and waveform
should be clear.
The display should be clearly
displayed with enough
brightness.
04 Alarm Display Check if the alarm display lights at
Power ON. All segments should
sequentially light.
05 Alarm Sound/
Operating Sound
Check by testing alarm sound on the
Sound Setup window. Alarm should sound with the
selected and proper volume.
06 Date / Time Check the year, month, day, and time
on the display. The year, month, day, and
time should be correctly
displayed.
07 Printing Status Perform test printing on the
Maintenance menu.
Visually check the printing condition
and also if there are thin or missing
points. The printed characters should
be clear and legible.
08 Printing Speed Perform test printing on the
Maintenance menu.
Measure and check the length of
printed grid. Error should be within ±5% for
25mm/sec and 50mm/sec
waveform traces.

Telemetry
Transmitter Transmit by the telemetry transmitter
and check the receive status and
waveform. Correct values should be
displayed and receive status
should be stable.
