

If the equipment is damaged and in need of repair, label the unit "OUT OF ORDER" and contact Fukuda
Denshi.



Precaution about Disassembling/Remodeling the Equipment



Do not disassemble or remodel the equipment.



If water or other liquids enter the equipment, cease using the equipment.



Precautions about Maintenance Check



Make sure to periodically check the equipment, accessories, and cables.



Before reusing the equipment that has been left unused for a while, make sure that the equipment operates
normally and safely.



Precautions when Using with Other Equipment



To prevent patient from burn injury, verify proper attachment of patient ground plate, ECG electrode type when
using the electrosurgical knife, and verify paste volume, output energy when using the defibrillator. Also,
verify that each equipment is properly grounded.
