On the printing screen, select “Scanner Op.
(3)” and “Sort Data Disp/Set(5)” on the
menu bar.

• The “Sort Data Display/Setting” dialog box

appears.

To change the sort number, move the
cursor to “Sort No. Change”, enter the new
sort number and click [OK].

• The sort number of the next order will be

changed to new number.

If the preceding print order has not been sorted, the

sort number cannot be changed. Press the [SORT]

key before doing this procedure.

Follow this procedure to display the sort data of the last order and change the sort
number.
