Malfunction of the built-in cooling fan, or built-in temperature
detection thermistor, malfunction of the heater, or SNS board.
1. Check that the connector to the heater, cable to the heater,
and connector of the power supply unit are set correctly.
2. Check the operations of the built-in cooling fan using the
M-Utility. Replace the fan if operations are faulty.
3. After cooling the equipment, check the operations of each
heater using the M-Utility. Check the temperature around
each heater with your hand, if not warm, check that the
wiring is normal, and replace the thermistor.
4. Check that the wiring between the SNS board and power
supply unit is normal, and replace the SNS board.
5. Replace the power supply unit.
Malfunction of the built-in cooling fan, or built-in temperature
detection thermistor, malfunction of the heater, or SNS board.
