Check at [Grip] of [Check Mechanism]
of M-Utility.

Replace SC2.
Is SC2 actuator normal?
(Check that there is no deformation of
actuator, interval with sensor,
interference.)
Does error occur again?
Y

Is sensor normal?
Replace with same sensor and check.
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".

Is SC2 ON?
Check at [Sensor Monitoring] of
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.

Y
Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.
Check again.
Repair or replace.

Correct actuator.

Replace SNS11A
board.
Note:
Execute all stroke when checking
up/down movement of grip roller.
Replace DRV11A
board.
Repair or replace.
Check attaching state of drive gear, damage, wear,
and then replace and adjust parts as required.

Is drive system mechanism of
before-sub-scanning conveyor grip
mechanism normal?
Rotate MC2 gear with hand, and check
that roller moves up and down
smoothly.
Replace MC2.

Is motor normal?
Replace with same motor and check.
Or perform pulse motor inspection.
