If the error occurs frequently, perform the following check.
Defect in the vicinity of the DSP of the IMG board.
1. Check that the CPU, IMG, input boards, MTH board related
connectors, image memory board are set to the MTH
board normally.
2. Replace the IMG board.
3. Replace the MTH board.
Processes other than uniformity measurement can be continued
If image problems occur, re-do the uniformity measurement.
If the error occurs frequently, perform the following check.
Defect in the vicinity of the DSP of the IMG board.
1. Check that the CPU, IMG, input boards, MTH board related
connectors, image memory board are set to the MTH
board normally.
2. Replace the IMG board.
3. Replace the MTH board.
