Check at [Other Actuators] of
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.

Replace SB7.
Is SB7 actuator normal?
(Check that there is no deformation of
actuator, interval with sensor,
interference.)
Does error occur again?
Y

Is sensor normal?
Replace with same sensor and check.
Refer to "3.5 Troubleshooting
Reference".

Is SB7 ON?
Check at [Sensor Monitoring] of
[Check Mechanism] of M-Utility.

Y
Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.
Check again.
Repair or replace.
N
Correct actuator.

Replace in the
following order.
• SNS11A board
• DRV11A board
Replace DRV11A
board.
Repair or replace.
Check that there are no foreign particles at
mechanism.
Y
Is drive system mechanism of
traylock mechanism normal?
Release tray 2 lock manually, and
check that plunger of solenoid moves
smoothly.
Replace SOLB1.
Y

Is solenoid normal?
Replace with same solenoid and check.
Or measure resistance between the
connector terminals.
Is resistance other than 0

Are cables normal?
Check connector connection, cable
conduction, and connector pins.
