• Press the “last envelope” button on the
sealer.
The sealer delivers the last sealed envelope.
• Press the
button on the inserter.
• Turn OFF the power switch on the inserter.
The system is now completely shut down.
5.3
Reload paper
If the inserting system runs of paper either at
the automatic cutter or one of the supplement
feeder stations, the system will stop and show
an error message.
Detailed instruction on reloading paper and
resuming a job that has been started can be
found in chapter 4 “Inserting System
KS 4000 OL with automatic cutter.
If the automatic cutter has run out paper,
please:
• Consult Chapter 4.3.1.
If a feeder or folding feeder has run out of
paper, please:
• Consult Chapter 4.3.2.
