• Carefully remove jammed papers.
• Reattach the folding pocket covering and
tighten the knurled nuts.
Warning! Danger of injury! When switching
the online feeder ON the folding drums will
briefly be set in motion. Keep fingers, hair,
scarves and jewelry safely away from the
folder.
• Plug the power cord into the socket and the
feeder device power switch ON.
• Use both hands to press the two black
folding device buttons and hold them
pressed until the folding pocket reaches its
bottom position and stops.
Before resuming operation:
• Check all paper involved in the paper jam
and make sure the document set is
complete and correct.
Undamaged sheets can be folded manually
and placed on the conveyor for automatic
completion by the system.
Wrinkled or incorrectly folded sheets must
be removed and inserted into an envelope
by hand.
• If signal buttons on adjacent are blinking,
press these also to clear the error status.
The system is ready to resume operation
when all signal buttons are off. Restart the
program.
